I messaged Mai a ton of questions as I knew NOTHING about keyboards and wanted to surprise my boyfriend. She answered quick and super thoroughly! Even has videos on what the switches sound like. I ordered a little late for a Christmas present and she managed to get it here right on time, even though the manufacturers she orders from were delayed.
